Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 dated 21 October 2009 laying down health rules concerning animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption provides in Articles 23 and 24 that all animal waste managers have to register. By manager, we mean: transporter, collector, storage centre or treatment centre.
