So as to temporarily or occasionally carry out a travel agency activity on the territory of the Brussels Capital Region, a notification is required.

Notifying BEE of the temporary activity.
Required documents
- A copy of the insurance contract(s) with regard to professional liability, taken out with an insurer ;
- A proof of sufficient guarantees to insure the obligations of the service provider towards their customers are met in case of financial insolvency.
