Notify BEE of the modification
Every travel agency must report, by registered mail and within one month of its occurring, any change that affects one of the elements of the authorisation application or its accompanying documents (e.g. opening a branch office)
If opening a new branch office leads to an increase in staff, the deposit amount of the authorisation applicant, be it a natural or a legal person, must be adapted, and this must happen before the end of the month of July following the opening of this branch office.
