Itinerant trade authorisation

Professional itinerant traders must possess an authorisation for sales on markets, flea markets, cultural and sports events or at the home of the customer, in the public domain, on commercial parking lots, train station halls, shopping malls, etc. The authorisation muts be requested via an accredited enterprise counter.

Conditions :

• Be a citizen from one of the countries from the European Economic Area (member state of the European Union, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) or benefit from one of the reasons for exemption from the professional card;

• For the employer's card, proving management knowledge, either by a degree or by sufficient work experience;

• For carrying out the activity in the home of the customer, proving a clean criminal record or, failing that, being authorised by the public prosecutor to carry out the activity.

• 150 euros for an employer's authorisation
