Driving school accreditation

In order to provide driving school courses, the operator must obtain a driving school accreditation. 

In order to obtain a driving school accreditation, you must fill in form AE 001 and attach all the documents listed in the form.

The following documents must be attached to the application:

• a personnel file containing the data for the members of staff, with copies of the permits and the documents attesting that these persons satisfy the conditions laid down in Articles 11 and 12. The model for this form has been determined by the Minister or his delegate;
• for legal persons subject to the publication obligation, annexes to the Belgian Official Gazette publishing, in full or in the form of an extract, the constitutive instrument of the company as well as its amendments;
• an extract from the criminal record, lives and conduct, issued within the last three months, attesting to compliance with the conditions laid down in Article 12, § 1, (1 and 2) for those legally representing the legal person or for the natural person as well as for the management and teaching staff

This accreditation will remain valid as long as the conditions for accreditation are met.
