The ADR driver's certificate is the essential document for a driver to transport a certain quantity of dangerous goods. It is issued after the driver has undergone training and passed an examination.
Training certificates are valid for five years.
The driver registers with an approved training centre of his choice. The list is available on the Brussels Mobility website. After completing the training course, the driver can register at a test centre. In Brussels, only the ITLB organises ADR tests. If the driver passes the test, he will receive an ADR driver's certificate.
