Waste collection in the communes
Some Brussels communes also collect bulky waste or run container parks. Contact your commune’s environmental service for more information.
Recycling services
Social economy enterprises reuse textiles, bulky waste, electrical and electronic waste. The Brussels-Capital Region subsidises five authorised social economy enterprises: Les Petits Riens, La Poudrière, Salvation Army, Terre and Oxfam-Solidarité. They help give a second life to more than 75% of the waste they collect.
For more information on these social economy enterprises (FR/NL) visit the website of Bruxelles Environnement.
